We are working in partnership with a welcoming secondary school in South Manchester to recruit an Unqualified Cover Teacher to join their team on a long-term basis through an education agency
.

This role is ideal for graduates, aspiring teachers, or individuals with experience working with young people who are looking to gain valuable classroom experience in a secondary school setting.

Delivering pre-planned lessons across a range of KS3 and KS4 subjects

Maintaining a positive and productive learning environment

Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies

Providing feedback to teaching staff where required

Supporting students to stay engaged and on task

No formal teaching qualification required

Experience working with young people in roles such as youth work, support work, holiday clubs, sports clubs, coaching, tutoring, or mentoring is highly desirable

Strong communication and behaviour management skills

Confident, adaptable, and professional approach

A genuine interest in education and supporting student learning

Ability to commit to a long-term placement
