Aspire People are seeking an experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant with SEND expertise to support pupils with additional needs in a welcoming and inclusive primary school in North Manchester.

• Delivering personalised support and interventions for pupils with SEND
• Assisting with lesson preparation and differentiation
• Supporting pupils.pepde social, emotional, and behavioural development
• Maintaining a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment
• Working alongside teachers to track progress and provide feedback

• Level 3 TA qualification
• Experience working with pupils with SEND
• Recent UK primary school experience
• Strong behaviour management skills
• Empathetic, patient, and proactive attitude
