Classroom Support Assistant

Are you passionate about helping children learn and grow? We're looking for a reliable and enthusiastic individual to join our school team, supporting teachers and students in a variety of classroom activities. This role is ideal for school leavers or students who want hands‑on experience in an educational setting.

• Assist teachers with day‑to‑day classroom tasks
• Support students individually or in small groups with their learning
• Help prepare materials for lessons and creative projects
• Encourage a welcoming, safe, and inclusive environment for all students
• Get involved in arts, music, sports, or other extracurricular activities

We welcome applicants who have studied or are studying courses such as:

• English / Literacy – supporting reading, writing, and communication skills
• Mathematics / Numeracy – helping students understand numbers and problem‑solving
• Creative Arts – drama, visual arts, music, or design
• Child Studies / Psychology / Development – understanding how children learn and behave
• Health / Physical Education – promoting physical activity and wellbeing

• Someone who enjoys working with children and young people
• Friendly, patient, and enthusiastic
• Able to work well as part of a team
• Willing to learn and support a variety of classroom activities
