About the CandidateThe successful candidate will be a strong team player, who is passionate and motivated about children's learning and will be committed to the positive ethos of the school.
- Evidence of good or outstanding teaching experience.
- Experience of teaching phonics through Read Write Inc.
- Knowledge of current assessment procedures.
- A compassionate and caring approach to working with children, parents and colleagues.
- The ability to work as part of a team.
- A commitment to nurturing success in every child.
- The ability to use your initiative to improve the quality of provision further.
- Excellent time management, organisation and ICT skills to support your role and effectiveness.
