Empowering Learning are currently working with a number of Primary Schools in Fallowfield and across Manchester who are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Key Stage 1 Teachers for daily and long-term supply roles.

These opportunities are ideal for teachers looking for flexibility, variety, or longer-term placements within supportive primary school settings.

• Deliver engaging and inclusive KS1 lessons in line with the national curriculum
• Provide high-quality cover for planned and unplanned absences
• Adapt quickly to different school environments and classroom settings
• Maintain positive behaviour management and classroom routines
• Work collaboratively with school staff to ensure continuity of learning
• Assess pupil understanding and provide feedback where required

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Have experience teaching in Key Stage 1
• Be confident, adaptable, and organised
• Demonstrate strong classroom management skills
• Be committed to creating a positive learning environment
