Position: Learning Support Assistant (Temporary)
Learning Support Assistant (LSA) – South Manchester – Level 2 or 3 Qualified

Are you a supportive and reliable LSA with a passion for helping children thrive?
Do you have at least 3 months’ experience in a UK school setting and a relevant Level 2 or 3 qualification?

Teacher Active are working with a number of excellent primary and secondary schools across South Manchester who are seeking Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to provide high-quality classroom support on both a 1:1 and small group basis.

These are long-term roles with immediate and upcoming starts, offering the chance to build strong relationships and make a real difference in a supportive school environment.

The Role:

Supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 – based on experience and preference

Working 1:1 with pupils with additional needs, or providing general classroom support

Supporting teachers with lesson delivery, behaviour management, and learning activities

Helping to create a positive, inclusive learning environment

Requirements:

A Level 2 or 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching & Learning (or equivalent)

A minimum of 3 months’ experience working in a UK school setting (mainstream or SEN)

A positive, proactive, and flexible attitude

A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their learning
