Eden Brown are looking for a dedicated Brickwork Lecturer to join our dynamic team at a leading Further Education college in Greater Manchester.

This full-time temporary position offers the opportunity to teach Levels 1‑3 Brickwork courses, helping to shape the next generation of skilled tradespeople.

• Deliver high-quality teaching and learning in Brickwork at Levels 1‑3.
• Plan and develop engaging lesson materials, ensuring a practical and theory-based approach.
• Support students in their personal development and career progression.
• Assess and track student performance, providing feedback and guidance for improvement.
• Ensure that teaching practices adhere to college policies and standards.

• Relevant qualifications in Brickwork (e.g. Level 3 or higher).
• Experience teaching or mentoring in a vocational setting (teaching qualification desirable, but not essential).
• Strong knowledge of the latest industry practices, techniques, and safety standards.
• Passion for helping students achieve their potential and pursue careers in the construction industry.

A DBS is also needed for this role.
