Job Overview
Aspire People are working with a nurturing and inclusive primary school in M8 to recruit a SEND Teaching Assistant to support pupils in EYFS and KS1 with additional needs.
Your Role- 1:1 and small-group support
- Supporting pupils with ASD, SEMH, speech and language needs
- Implementing EHCP and IEP targets
- Encouraging engagement, independence, and confidence
- Working closely with teachers and the SENCO
- Recent SEND experience (within last 2 years)
- Calm, empathetic approach
- UK school experience preferred
