Senior Locally Doctor Respiratory Medicine

Overview

We are looking to recruit Senior Clinical Fellows on a permanent basis in the following department:
Respiratory Medicine. Please indicate in your application which specialty you are applying for.

• Join a well organised department providing a wide range of services at specialty and sub-specialty level.
• Collaborate and support colleagues to improve patient care across the organisation.
• Experience a broad range of services at Manchester Foundation Trust, including specialised clinics that may be difficult to access elsewhere.
• Develop as a leader, educator, or quality improvement (QI) practitioner.
• Participate in educational opportunities, including an assigned educational supervisor, in-house educational programme, lunchtime lectures, specialty clinics, and sub-specialty multidisciplinary team meetings.
• Clinical supervision and educational supervision are aligned with those for junior training grade medical posts.

• Fully registered medical practitioner with a current GMC license to practice and eligible to work in the UK.
• Minimum of two years post-graduate medical experience with either: (a) current employment in a UKFPO-affiliated Foundation programme, or (b) 12 months post full GMC registration with evidence of achievement of foundation competencies including full MRCP membership.
• Current Advanced Life Support Certificate is essential.
