Locum Consultant in B&P with Special Interests in Burns

An exciting opportunity has arisen to appoint a fixed‑term locum burns and plastic surgeon within the highly renowned Manchester Burns and Plastic Surgery Service based at Wythenshawe Hospital (adult burns) and Royal Manchester Children's Hospital (paediatric burns).

This role would suit a CCT‑holder with interests in adult and paediatric burn care; additional interests in areas such as paediatric plastic surgery or skin cancer would be welcomed. Recent experience in adult & paediatric burns and collaborative multidisciplinary team working are all essential criteria.

The successful applicant will join our team of twenty‑seven plastic surgery consultants and will be responsible for supporting the delivery of centre‑level burn care in our adult and paediatric services. This includes participating in ազատ 1:8 on‑call commitment on the burns consultant rota (which currently includes plastic surgery at the Royal Manchester Children's Hospital).
