Architect (Healthcare Team)
Location:
Manchester
Salary: £33-38,000 DOE

Daily
Duties & Responsibilities
Lead architectural design for a range of projects, with a strong focus on healthcare schemes
Develop and coordinate Revit models and deliver fully integrated design information from concept through construction documentation
Prepare drawings, specifications, and technical design packages across RIBA stages
Work closely with clients, consultants, and project teams to resolve design and technical issues
Ensure compliance with legislation, building regulations and sector-specific standards
Attend site visits and support contract administration as required
Mentor and support junior staff, fostering consistent delivery standards
Ideal Candidate
Qualified architect (ARB/RIBA) with ideally post-qualification experience
Proven healthcare experience or relevant exposure to complex, regulated project types
Strong Revit proficiency with experience producing coordinated technical information
Good knowledge of UK building regulations and healthcare estate requirements
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a busy practice
