The roleWe’re looking for a Website Designer to join our growing team in Manchester. This role is ideal for someone early in their design career who wants to develop quickly, work on real‑world projects, and have a genuine impact.
What you’ll do- Design high‑quality marketing and pharmacy websites for our customers
- Turn briefs, brand guidelines, and ideas into polished, user‑friendly web designs
- Create responsive layouts that work across desktop, tablet, and mobile
- Apply strong UI and UX principles to ensure clarity, accessibility, and ease of use
- Use modern design workflows to iterate, refine, and improve sites efficiently
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams
- Use AI‑powered tools to support ideation, layout exploration, and content refinement
- Maintain visual consistency across multiple pharmacy brands while allowing flexibility
- Experience or strong interest in website design (commercial, freelance, or portfolio‑based)
- A solid understanding of UI and UX fundamentals
- Confidence using Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (e.g. XD, Photoshop, Illustrator )
- Strong visual design skills, including layout, typography, and spacing
- Comfort using modern tools (including AI‑assisted workflows) to work efficiently
- High attention to detail and pride in producing quality work
- A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn and grow
- Experience designing marketing or conversion‑focused websites
- Understanding of accessibility and responsive design best practices
- Basic familiarity with how websites are structured (sections, components, layouts)
- Interest in healthcare, digital products, or startup environments
