Project Architect – Manchester (Revit)

Konker is working with a RIBA Chartered practice in Manchester that is looking to recruit a Project Architect.

The practice has around 90 staff across three offices and has built up a strong reputation over the past 30 years, delivering award-winning projects locally and nationally.

Their Manchester office currently has 14 people, and with a move to a larger office underway, they’re planning for further growth.

This role will give you the chance to run projects within the industrial and data centre sectors, manage a small team, and work directly with clients and consultants. There’s also a clear opportunity to step up into an Associate position as the office expands.

• Running and managing your own projects
• Producing feasibility studies and technical drawings at all stages
• Liaising with clients, contractors, and consultants
• Supporting and overseeing colleagues in the Manchester office

• Qualified Architect with project-running experience
• Proficiency in Revit (essential)
• Background in industrial or data centre projects (desirable)
• Someone with enthusiasm and a collaborative approach

Salary between £40,000 – £60,000 depending on experience

A benefits package including a yearly company bonus (paid every year for the past 11 years)
