This will be a remote role, with travel to be on client site as projects demand (may include international travel).

• Transformation project delivery:
  Work on (and sometimes lead) key work streams within large-scale transformation programs for blue‑chip global manufacturing organisations, delivering real results that unlock cost, cash and operational efficiencies.
• Industry expertise:
  Utilising existing industry experience to gain credibility with clients and offer real‑world experience and solutions to their problems, whilst gaining new experience across our numerous sectors, such as Mobility, Aerospace, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Consumer Goods.
• Procurement and Supply Chain know‑how:
  Leverage your knowledge and the wider Siemens expertise to solve real world problems ranging from Planning/Inventory Optimisation, SIOP, Cost Reduction, Supply Chain Resiliency and Procurement capability development.
• Delivery Excellence:
  Implement your work streams on time and to the highest quality, delighting our clients with project results.
• Digital Transformation:
  Using not only the wider expertise available within Siemens, but also the digital enablement and solutions to solve complex client problems and help our clients achieve the factory of the future.
• Client Sales Engagement:
  Support the leadership team in client business development engagements, including pitches and sales material support during project down‑time.
• Knowledge Management:
  Contribute to the organisational learning within Siemens Advanta, supporting the on‑going development of our knowledge management system.

• Engineering, Operations or Business related degree.
• Experience in Aerospace & Defence, Life Sciences (Pharma or Med Tech), Automotive or FMCG desired.
• Experience with in a procurement or supply chain function at a blue‑chip global manufacturing organisation, or consulting experience gained in procurement and supply chain across manufacturing industry customers.

• Proven relationship builder, able to work collaboratively with colleagues and clients across all levels of seniority.
• Excels in thinking critically to find new solutions to customers most complex challenges.
• Strong analytical skills, experienced in working with large datasets to identify insights (MS Excel proficiency important).
• Demonstrates project management skills, able to work at pace to deliver.

• Great teammate, working with a wide variety of people.
• Happy to roll up sleeves and take on new challenges.
• Agile and ability to work at pace in complicated environments.
