Senior Architectural Technologist

We're seeking a Revit‑proficient Senior Architectural Technologist with proven project‑running experience on large‑scale schemes to join their growing Manchester studio.

This design‑led architectural practice, with three UK offices and a global presence, delivers outstanding work across residential, mixed‑use, commercial and urban regeneration sectors. The 65‑strong Manchester team is leading some of the region's most significant regeneration and Build‑to‑Rent projects, including a landmark £200m masterplan. Their work balances creative ambition with technical precision, incorporating sustainability, adaptive reuse and innovative delivery strategies.

• Day‑to‑day use of Revit to develop and coordinate technical drawing packages
• Contribution across all RIBA stages, with a particular focus on Stages 3–5
• Project coordination and communication with clients, consultants, and contractors
• Leading on the technical delivery of large‑scale schemes (£10m+)
• Working within a collaborative and well‑resourced global studio

• Degree in Architectural Technology (or equivalent qualification)
• 5+ years UK industry experience, ideally with large‑scale project exposure
• Strong Revit proficiency and familiarity with BIM workflows
• Demonstrated technical delivery skills and thorough knowledge of UK Building Regulations
• Confident communicator with proven project‑running experience
• Ability to work independently whilst thriving as part of a multi‑disciplinary team
