• Play a key role in patient care and support the dentist
• Understand Private, NHS, and UDA treatments
• Apply GDC and regulatory responsibilities to maintain standards
• Support teamwork within the surgery
• Use organisational and influencing skills to ensure effective care delivery
• Provide private and NHS dentistry support, offering treatment options and driving efficiency
• Mentor trainee/apprentice nurses, assisting with induction and ongoing support
• Continuously develop your CPD and professional development
