Position: Customer Service & Inbound Lead Specialist– £30k + Commission
Location: Salford

The Role

As a Customer Service & Qualification Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients who have submitted enquiries. Your mission is to:

  • Call and qualify warm leads, gathering all necessary information before passing them to our claims handlers.
  • Handle inbound enquiries across phone, Whats App, SMS, and email.
  • Keep our CRM system up-to-date with accurate client information.
  • Ensure every interaction is professional, friendly, and efficient.
Who You Are
  • Experienced in customer service, telesales, or other phone-heavy roles.
  • Organised, able to juggle multiple channels at once, and quick to respond.
  • Confident with CRM systems and comfortable keeping detailed records.
  • A strong communicator with a positive, motivated mindset.
  • Driven by results and excited by the opportunity to earn uncapped commission.
