Customer Service Representative - Manchester

£27,300 + Hybrid Working + Clear Progression

We're expanding our Manchester team and looking for confident, motivated Customer Service Representatives who genuinely care about delivering an exceptional experience.

As the first point of contact, you'll support customers across a range of investment products including Trading Accounts, Stocks & Shares ISAs and SIPPs. You'll:

Take full ownership of customer queries and provide clear, accurate guidance

Build strong relationships through confident communication and genuine care

Handle complex questions with professionalism and attention to detail

Work in a specialist, fast‑paced contact centre where high standards matter

Make a real impact on customers navigating important financial decisions

📈 Progression & Development

You'll begin with a full induction and ongoing support from your Team Lead. As your knowledge grows, you'll move through a structured progression framework - taking on more complex queries, deepening your product expertise and increasing your earning potential.

Shift patterns: 7:45am-5:45pm Monday to Friday, with one later shift week every 8 weeks once trained in international dealing.

💡 What You'll Bring

Experience in a contact centre or customer‑focused role

Confidence working with detailed or complex information

Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping people

Ability to multitask across systems while staying calm under pressure

Experience in an FCA‑regulated environment is a bonus

🧩 Requirements

Ability to build rapport across phone, email and digital channels

Strong IT skills and confidence navigating multiple systems

Comfortable working independently and making sound decisions

Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
