We’re hiring a Complaints Coordinator to join a growing Group Operations function within a global specialty insurance business. This is a great opportunity for someone with complaints or regulated environment experience who enjoys working in a structured, deadline-driven role with strong stakeholder exposure.
The RoleYou’ll support the day-to-day oversight of complaints across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring accurate logging, regulatory deadlines are met, and stakeholders are kept informed. You’ll also act as a key point of contact for complaint-related queries and help maintain high quality standards across the process.
Key responsibilities include:
- Logging and maintaining accurate complaint records
- Monitoring regulatory deadlines and supporting timely responses
- Liaising with internal stakeholders and external partners, including Lloyd’s
- Supporting oversight of delegated partners and conducting quality checks
- Identifying trends and contributing to process improvements
- Experience in either customer support, administration, complaints handling
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- Confident communicator with good stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working with data and reporting
