The Role:
Customer Support Advisor
  • The Goal: You are the bridge between our high-street services and our customers. You'll use empathy, initiative, and the famous Timpson 'Upside-Down Management' style to turn every query into a positive experience.
  • The Package: £25,480 PA | 9 am - 5 pm | Full-time (On-site)

What Youll Be Doing (Beyond the Basics):
  • Connecting the Dots: Managing calls and correspondence across all our businesses. You aren't just answering phones; you are solving puzzles.
  • Collaborative Problem Solving: Working with our National Workshops and department colleagues to ensure we deliver on our promises.
  • Empathetic Communication: Turning emails and letters into meaningful conversations that restore customer confidence.
