Position: Hybrid Customer Service Exec – KPI Bonus & Back‑Up Care
A leading care provider is seeking a Contact Centre Executive in Manchester. This hybrid role requires delivering exceptional customer service and supporting families with Employee Benefits Solutions. Responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls, educating customers on policies, and maintaining case records in a KPI-driven environment. The ideal candidate will have contact centre experience and be committed to meeting performance standards.

A minimum of one day per week in the office is required, and successful applicants will undergo a two-week training in Manchester.
