You'll be joining a modern, purpose‑built office environment, working within a specialist customer support centre that handles complex, high‑value queries linked to investment accounts, ISAs, and pensions.

The RoleAs a Customer Services Representative
, you will:
- Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail.
- Understand customer needs and take full ownership of each interaction.
- Support customers with products such as Trading Accounts, Stocks & Shares ISAs, and pension products (SIPPs).
- Navigate multiple systems while managing complex product‑related enquiries.
- Work in a regulated environment, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Build strong product knowledge that allows you to handle increasingly advanced customer queries.
