The Role

As a Customer Services Representative
, you will:

  • Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail.
  • Understand customer needs and take full ownership of each interaction.
  • Support customers with products such as Trading Accounts, Stocks & Shares ISAs, and pension products (SIPPs).
  • Navigate multiple systems while managing complex product‑related enquiries.
  • Work in a regulated environment, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Build strong product knowledge that allows you to handle increasingly advanced customer queries.
