We are now looking to add a Customer Service Advisor to our team to handle customer requests, support any logistics queries and be the crucial link between our customers and suppliers.
A typical day:- Responding to customer queries quickly and professionally, keeping within agreed SLAs.
- Guiding customers through the ordering process and offering informed recommendations.
- Coordinating third‑party carriers to ensure smooth and on‑time deliveries.
- Selecting and prioritising preferred suppliers in line with contract agreements to protect margins.
- Negotiating with suppliers where needed to secure the best commercial outcomes.
- Helping customers understand the full breadth of our services to maximise value.
- Consistently achieving key KPIs, including job completion and margin targets.
- Solid customer service background with strong understanding of logistics.
- Confident communication skills and the ability to build strong, long‑lasting relationships.
- Excellent multitasking, organisation, and attention to detail.
- A resilient, proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced operational environment.
