Customer Account Coordinator – Irlam – £28,000 per annum – Permanent, Full-Time
Are you a customer-focused superstar with a passion for delivering exceptional service? We’re on the hunt for a Customer Account Coordinator to join our client’s dynamic team in Irlam. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a global leader in the chemical manufacturing industry.
What’s in it for you?- Salary: £28,000 per annum
- Hours: Full-time (40 hours/week, Monday to Friday)

As the go-to person for customers, you’ll manage orders from start to finish, ensuring expectations are exceeded every step of the way. From processing orders and coordinating logistics to building strong relationships with clients, this role is all about keeping things running smoothly while delivering top‑quality service.
Key Responsibilities- Process and manage customer orders, confirmations, and invoices.
- Coordinate transport and logistics to ensure timely deliveries.
- Build strong relationships through regular communication via phone, email, and face‑to‑face meetings.
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism and care.
- Proactively encourage repeat business by staying ahead of customer needs.
