Customer Account Coordinator – Irlam – £28,000 per annum – Permanent, Full-Time

  • Hours: Full-time (40 hours/week, Monday to Friday)

The Role

As the go-to person for customers, you’ll manage orders from start to finish, ensuring expectations are exceeded every step of the way. From processing orders and coordinating logistics to building strong relationships with clients, this role is all about keeping things running smoothly while delivering top‑quality service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and manage customer orders, confirmations, and invoices.
  • Coordinate transport and logistics to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Build strong relationships through regular communication via phone, email, and face‑to‑face meetings.
  • Handle customer complaints with professionalism and care.
  • Proactively encourage repeat business by staying ahead of customer needs.
