Overview

Join Our Team as a Customer Service Advisor in Logistics & Transportation.

Location:

Irlam.

Hours:

8:00am-4:30pm. Pay Rate: £12.74. This is an exciting temporary contract with potential for future opportunities. If you have a passion for helping others and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities
  • Delivering exceptional service by interacting with customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Managing orders, including processing, tracking, and responding to customer questions.
  • Building relationships with clients to foster loyalty and become their go-to resource for assistance.
  • Collaborating with various departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
