Travel Consultant

Overview

We are expanding our travel team and are seeking a detail-focused Travel Agent to support clients with the planning and organisation of travel arrangements. This role centres on coordinating bookings, preparing itineraries, and providing clear, accurate guidance throughout the travel planning process. It is well suited to individuals with a strong interest in travel and tourism who enjoy working with people, systems, and detail.

• Organising and managing travel arrangements including accommodation, flights, and itineraries
• Providing informed guidance on destinations and travel options
• Processing bookings, amendments, and confirmations accurately
• Responding to enquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Working with suppliers and booking platforms as required
• Maintaining accurate records and following established procedures

• Individuals with a genuine interest in travel and tourism
• Organised, reliable, and detail-oriented professionals
• Confident communicators, both written and verbal
• Comfortable using digital tools and online systems
• Able to manage workload independently and follow processes
• Experience in travel, hospitality, or customer service is helpful but not essential
