LOCATION:

MANCHESTER CITY CENTRE

SALARY: UP TO £28,000 + BENEFITS & THE OPPORTUNITY TO WORK FOR AN EXCITING WELL-RESPECTED COMPANY

MONDAY TO FRIDAY HOURS – NO EVENINGS OR WEEKENDS

My client is a well-respected company with a reputation for developing and managing high-end work spaces. A forward-thinking company who are excellent at creating modern venues and who are always ahead of their game taking inspiration from the most up and coming venues and who are committed to providing the best in customer service for their prestigious clients.

Hesketh James is currently recruiting a Property Host to work at a high-profile building based in the heart of Manchester city centre. The building is home to both fledgling and more mature businesses, providing a dynamic and inspirational workspace.

The ideal candidate will be an outgoing, customer-focused property host and someone who is a great brand ambassador and always looks to exceed guest expectation. You will be IT literate and have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

Responsibilities:

* Host duties - Meeting and greeting visitors at the door as they enter the building.

* Promote a high standard of customer care across all touch points.

* Accurately recording service calls and visitors, ensuring accurate records are maintained.

* Driving the Guest Services offering.

* Accountable for driving customer experience and becoming first point of contact for members and visitors within the building.

* Support the administration of site health and safety records and ensure compliance with regulations.

Experience/

Skills Required:

* An excellent host and ambassador for the company

* Previous supervisory experience

* Well presented at all times with a great front of house presence.

* A strong communicator with the ability to communicate at all levels.

* The ability to build up a good rapport and strong relationships with regular tenants and visitors alike.

* Great telephone a

* IT Literate
