• Greeting and assisting guests with professionalism and warmth
• Supporting event setup and breakdown
• Upselling where applicable
• Assisting teams with training
• Maintaining high standards of presentation and customer service
• Following event briefs and working collaboratively with new leads
• Ensuring health and safety guidelines are followed
