Customer Service​/Sales Advisor - Legal Claims

Most of your calls will be outbound, reaching out to customers to guide them through the first steps of their claim. This is a sales-through-service role, combining empathy with performance, where success means supporting customers with care and meeting clear goals

• Call potential customers (no cold leads) helping them take the right next step
• Take time to understand their situation, ask the right questions, and listen with empathy
• Guide them through their claim so they know what happens next
• Overcome barriers with customers to achieve a first call resolution where possible
• Keep conversations on track by following our clear process and meeting quality standards, protecting both you and the customer
