We’re looking for an experienced Customer Services Advisor to join our team. You’ll be the first point of contact for our existing customers who take card payments/ merchant services with us. You will deal with their enquiries and provide them with a First‑Class experience, interacting with them to ensure every step is taken to provide them with a first‑time round solution.
We are looking for colleagues who wish to excel and are driven to succeed. All we ask is that you are a brilliant listener, have a passion for problem solving, and the ability to empathise and understand customer needs.
Responsibilities- Managing and maintaining our Customer Experience inbox, ensuring that emails are responded to in a timely manner, with professionalism shown throughout.
- Actively contributing to improving the Customer Experience team processes and procedures.
- Maintaining a close and supportive relationship with our sales teams.
- Up to 10% performance‑related bonus per annum.
- 25 days of annual leave, rising to 28 days with length of service.

Based in our Sale office, South Manchester.
HoursFull time – 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, no evenings, weekends or bank holidays.
Hybrid working modelThe choice to work remotely for three days.
