About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and customer‑focused person to join our team. As a Customer Service Agent, you will ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through efficient communication and effective issue resolution, collaborating closely with various teams and colleagues to guarantee a seamless and positive customer experience.

  • Answer queries and concerns
  • Deliver company information
  • Resolve customer issues and provide updates
  • Maintain a proactive attitude and deliver excellent customer service
  • Support and work closely with technicians to ensure capacity is most effectively resourced
  • Support team leads to find improved ways of working
