What Will You Do

Act as the first point of contact for all customer and broker enquiries, ensuring that queries are resolved within a specific timescale. Administer all activities relating to Customer Services effectively and efficiently, focusing on first contact resolution. Work in a fast‑paced environment, handling a high number of calls and emails daily. Analyse customer data such as meter readings or billing data at a high level and use that information to resolve more complex queries.
