Customer Compliance Agent
Certain Advantage is hiring for a Customer Compliance Sales Agent based in Manchester city centre. The role is on an ongoing temp basis and requires candidates who can commit to at least 3 month's work, possibly longer.

The Role:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Customer Compliance Sales Agent to join their existing team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have strong organisational and communication skills this is the perfect temp role for you!
Key Responsibilities
Building relationships with new and existing partners
Making a high volume of outbound calls to clients to verify client proof of address
Uploading documents onto company in-house system
£13.00 an hour. Shifts are working 10am-6.30pm and 11am-7.30pm Monday to Friday (40 hours a week)
Start date Monday 22nd September 2025
The Individual
Previous experience in customer service or sales is advantageous but not essential.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Confident people that enjoy talking to people
Attention to detail
Results-oriented with a proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Proficient in using CRM software
