This is a full time position, averaging approximately 35 hours per week.

Our Customer Service Receptionists are our ‘Directors of First Impressions’ and play a vital role in welcoming customers to our state-of-the-art leisure facilities. No prior skydiving experience (indoors or out) is needed and whilst some experience of customer facing work is an advantage, it is not a pre-requisite. i FLY will provide all the tools and training you need on the basis you bring some energy and a big smile!

The role:

Things all of our Customer Service Receptionists have in common:

  • A LOVE of people and the desire to treat each customer like a celebrity.
  • A determination to provide memories for i FLY guests during meet, greet and ‘check-in' / 'check-out'.
  • An outgoing, friendly persona and a desire to help people.
  • The ability to advise and inform customers of our products and services, including on-the-day upgrades and post flight extras.
  • The ability to make bookings & reservations, as well as to process transactions using our purpose-built reservation system.
  • An awareness, understanding and commitment to all health, safety and safeguarding policies.

In short, the role involves ensuring that customers arrive and leave the i FLY facility feeling great! Working with us is fun & fast paced. Successful applicants will work to a rota which will include a variety of shifts - including working evenings and weekends. Finally, we expect all our team mates to keep our working environment respectful, lively, energetic and fun, because heading to work each day should be nothing but a good thing.

Note - The salary range advertised applies to applicants aged 21 and over, with competitive rates also offered for younger candidates in line with government guidelines.
