Overview

WEX Inc., a global leader in B2B payment solutions, is hiring a Customer Service Advisor to support its expanding European Fuel Card operations. This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills and a background in customer service, looking to grow within a dynamic and supportive environment.

  • Salary: £24,000 per annum
  • Hours:

    37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday
  • Work Type:
    Hybrid (no evenings or weekends)

    Full-Time, Permanent

Responsibilities
  • Handle customer queries related to transactions, invoices, and account issues
  • Liaise with internal teams across UK and European offices
  • Log and track customer interactions using internal systems
  • Support sales and credit collections teams
  • Produce reports and maintain customer records
  • Provide website/system support to customers
  • Identify training needs and contribute to process improvements
Candidate Profile
  • Previous experience in customer service
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to mentor and support colleagues
  • Adaptable to change and self-motivated
  • Strong organisational skills and initiative
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively
  • Experience with data entry and CRM systems preferred
