A specialist food service marketing agency representing some of the world’s most recognised food & beverage brands – from global beverage giants to the plant-based challengers reshaping menus.
The RoleYou will own motion output across a portfolio of household names operating in the away-from-home sector. This is not dry B2B work – these are food and beverage campaigns with real creative latitude, social‑first content that flips between strategic pitch decks and consumer‑facing creative execution.
You will lead motion design from concept and storyboard through to delivery in After Effects and Premiere Pro. Art directing motion shoots, blending edit, animation and graphic motion into channel‑ready content. Contributing to and presenting in new business pitches. Providing creative direction to mid‑level motion designers without formal line management responsibility.
You will report directly to a Creative Director who has built the team from one permanent designer to 15+ in under four years – someone known for giving talented people real autonomy and actively building creative structure rather than gatekeeping it.
The Package£40,000 – £50,000. Hybrid working with a minimum of two days in the studio, three preferred. Manchester working is also an option. Annual salary reviews with a track record of fast progression.
The PersonA Motion Designer 4 – 8 years into their career, currently at a senior or upper‑mid level. Strong in After Effects‑led graphic motion with solid editing instincts. Someone potentially frustrated by a lack of ownership or working in environments where food and beverage work doesn’t receive the creative attention it deserves.
