Design Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design team in developing seasonal collections, including sketches, CADs, and color palettes.
• Own the fabric sourcing process — identify, contact, and liaise with suppliers to request swatches, evaluate quality, and manage the material library.
• Set up and maintain detailed tech packs (including measurements, construction details, trims, and materials) for handoff to production.
• Support in fit sessions and sample reviews, documenting feedback and ensuring changes are clearly communicated.
• Collaborate with the production and merchandising teams to ensure design integrity and timelines are maintained.
• Maintain and organize sample racks, fabric archives, and design documentation.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Fashion Design or a related field

• Strong understanding of garment construction

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and In Design .
• Excellent attention to detail
