You’ll think strategically about resource planning and traffic management, aware of the steps needed to productively liaise with the teams, prioritise tasks, and manage deadlines to guarantee briefs are being fulfilled to the highest standard.
Working closely with the creative and client services teams around you, your attitude will be collaborative and confident, overseeing various projects and crafting coherent and personalised approaches.
You’ll be an expert at communicating with people at all levels – making sure individuals across creative teams are utilising their time effectively, and meeting challenges with efficiency and expertise. Aware of workloads, you’ll ensure the smooth running of teams, tasks, projects and the agency as a whole.
What We’re Looking For- Solutions-focused, you’ll be diplomatic and stay cool‑headed, even under pressure. You’re an absolute expert when it comes to timelines and keeping people in check.
- We want a confident decision‑maker, someone who is passionate about the creative process and output, with a keen eye for detail. You’ll have a proven track record of impeccable resourcing and management skills, motivated by project and team successes!
- With good experience in resource/traffic management, you’ll be data‑driven with plenty of market knowledge, familiar with creative industry standards, freelance rates and local workflows.
