Fashion Designer

FASHION//SZN is a fashion brand located in the Manchester Area, United Kingdom, with a focus on inclusivity and celebrating all body types. The brand curates collections and style solutions for everybody, designed in-house with real bodies in mind. FASHION//SZN aims to disrupt the market and build a community within the curve space where style is size less and curves are always in style.

This is a full-time role for a Fashion Designer at FASHION//SZN. The Fashion Designer will be working closely with the buying and marketing team, you will be required to contribute towards a high quality product range with the use of trend forecasting, strong social media awareness, customer profiling with strong commercial design capabilities.

You will be :

Sourcing and selecting fabrics

Trims

Working closely with the buying team to deliver monthly drops

developing commercially viable ranges alongside our buying team to deliver high quality products to our customer base

Fitting products weekly with our garment techs to ensure a high fitting standard

• An understanding of Fashion//Szn's brand identity, vision and customer base
• Experience of 4+ years in womenswear fashion design across multiple categories
• Knowledge of fashion trends and design techniques
• Strong attention to detail and creativity
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Degree in Fashion Design or related field is a plus
