Central - Manchester - Full time Head Office based

Strong experience with AI graphic tools and AI‑assisted creative software is essential for this role. You will be required to produce both AI‑generated and traditional graphic work depending on the brief.

Our client, a high‑growth Sports Performance wear brand based in central Manchester, is looking to recruit a Digital Graphic Designer with strong experience in AI graphic tools and AI‑assisted creative software. You will report to the Social and Content Manager and work closely with the wider marketing team to create compelling and visually appealing graphics and video content for their apparel brands.

Key responsibilities:

• Produce AI‑generated graphic works and traditional non‑AI designs as required.
• Create compelling graphics and video content across all platforms (social media, websites, campaigns).
• Develop visuals for teasers, behind‑the‑scenes content, campaign edits and social‑first videos.
• Optimize content for Instagram and Tik Tok.
• Take ownership of a mix of projects and campaigns in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications:

• 2‑4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the apparel industry.
• Strong experience with AI creative tools/software, with clear examples included in the portfolio.
• Experience in sportswear, active wear or athleisure is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Proficiency in video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve).
• Strong design skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
