The RoleDue to continued growth they are now looking for an Event Producer to join their award winning events team. As Event Producer, you will be the first point of contact with clients and dissecting the brief. This role is focused on the pitching and presenting of potential business, as well as managing the client relationship and then overseeing everything coming together on site.
This is a broad role where the Event Producer will use all of their event and project management skills and experience, including;
- Taking the initial client brief
- Putting together creative proposals and pitch responses
- End to end project management
- Delivering multiple projects simultaneously
- Working closely with in-house teams including creative, design and build
- Briefing and managing external suppliers and stakeholders
- Managing & communicating operating plans including project schedules and design elements
- Adhering to health and safety regulations
- Managing budgets and overseeing cost management
- On-site project management, including overseeing stand installation and break down
Candidates should ideally be working in a similar role as an Event Producer, for either an event agency or production agency delivering conferences and awards dinners. You will naturally be a people's person and have the ability to network with existing and new clients effectively, whilst developing strong relationships and overseeing the event delivery.
