My client is a large regional main contractor who is expanding rapidly in the North West. They have become very well placed in the market delivering large multi‑million pound schemes across the region.

Due to winning a number of large projects they are looking for Project Managers to join their teams. The Project Manager(s) they are looking for will have a stable work history and a strong build background with proven experience in running projects as NO.1 from inception through to completion.

As a business they can offer a variety of types of projects, with projects won in Industrial, hotels and commercial office conversions. Their project scope ranges from £8 million up to £65 million, so you will ideally have delivered schemes within this size. The Project Manager(s) they are looking for will have experience in delivering new‑build schemes from groundworks phases of a new project.

The role will be responsible for the project’s running to time scales and budgets, ensuring all deadlines and scope of works are completed to programme. They would like the project manager to have some involvement in the pre‑construction phase of the project, so some knowledge and pre‑con understanding is preferred.

• Lead projects from inception through to completion, ensuring delivery within time scales and budgets.
• Coordinate pre‑construction phases, including groundworks and pre‑con understanding.
• Ensure all deadlines and scope of works are completed to programme.
• Maintain a stable work history and strong build background.

• Experience delivering new‑build schemes from groundworks to completion.
• Experience on projects ranging from £8 million to £65 million.
• Strong background in running projects as NO.1.
• Involvement in pre‑construction phases preferred.
