Senior Commercial Manager - Aviation

Overview

A renowned independent construction consultancy is looking to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager within its Infrastructure team in Manchester, to deliver major capital projects in the Aviation sector.

The role will be based in the consultancy's Manchester office, with some travel to site required. You will be joining an experienced team delivering commercial management services including managing budgets, negotiating contracts, identifying commercial risks, overseeing procurement/subcontractors, and ensuring profitability through accurate financial reporting and cost control.

Candidates for this role should have strong technical experience working on Infrastructure projects with NEC contracts. They should be degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or similar, and ideally be professionally qualified with the RICS.

The role will pay a salary up to GBP
75,000 plus benefits including 30 days annual leave, private medical, enhanced private pension scheme, health and leisure incentives, season ticket loan, life assurance, and professional subscriptions.
