The Estimator will be working on a range of internal fit out projects estimating a range of glazing screening partitions. Liaising with main contractors on a range of commercial projects across the office sector Prepare accurate cost estimates and tenders for interior office glazing and partition systems Review drawings, specifications, and tender documentation Produce detailed material take-offs and pricing schedules Liaise with main contractors on enquiries, clarifications, and value engineering Source and assess supplier quotations to ensure competitive pricing Identify risks, exclusions, and assumptions within tenders Support project handover to delivery and commercial teams Typical project values ranging from £10k to £1m Majority of your time will be spent in the central London office The ideal applicant will be an Estimator Glazing experience with:
