We’re looking for a skilled and customer‑focused
Stock Condition Surveyor to help us maintain safe, high‑quality homes and support the wellbeing of our communities. You’ll play a key role in gathering accurate stock condition data and ensuring our properties remain compliant, well‑maintained and fit for the future.
- Carrying out property inspections and condition surveys, recording accurate data and identifying defects or hazards.
- Coordinating access across a wide range of homes, working closely with colleagues, customers and external survey partners to keep programmes on track.
- Providing clear, practical advice on repairs and home condition, helping residents understand how to prevent issues like damp and condensation.
- Reviewing survey cycles, following up on overdue visits and tackling access challenges with a positive, solution‑focused approach.
- Working confidently in varied environments, including roof spaces and at height, while upholding high safety standards.
- Handling customer queries and complaints professionally, communicating in a way that builds trust and supports positive outcomes.
- Keeping detailed, reliable records and using data insights to highlight trends and improvements.
- Supporting colleagues by sharing knowledge, offering guidance and contributing to a collaborative working culture.
