Senior Quantity Surveyor

Are you a Senior Quantity Surveyor looking for a new challenge & the opportunity to join a tier 1 build contractor on a £90m student accommodation project?

Due to a brand-new contract award, there is an exciting opportunity to join a leading tier 1 contractor to work on a high specification development high rise student accommodation project.

Project based, you will report into a Commercial Manager and be responsible for the full commercial management of several subcontract packages working within a supportive experienced commercial team.

With secured pipeline projects, the company is multi disciplinary and work across commercial, industrial, residential, leisure and retail and the public sector and can offer excellent career progression opportunities to develop within a leading construction business working on some of the North West's most prestigious developments.

• Proven track record of quantity surveying ideally 7-8 years post grad experience.
• Academically Qualified with a BSc Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• Background within a main contractor or developer environment
• Confident, commercially astute with good communication skills able to negotiate and manage subcontractors effectively
