• Generallyworkingwithinthenational Quantity Surveyingteamreportingtothe Quantity Surveying Director .
• Managekeylocalcommissionsindependently.
• Chairandattendsitemeetings,providingclientswithreportsandadvice,andactivelyparticipateindesignteammeetings.
• Documentmanagementinaccordancewith
  
  QAprocedures.
• Prepareandpresentcostadviceinaccordancewith
  
  RICSguidancenotes(includingorderofcostestimates,viabilityreports,reinstatementcostassessments,formalcostplans,cash-flowforecasts,lifecycleandwholelifecosts,etc.).
• Preparevariousdocuments,includingcontractsandtenderdocumentation,andmanagethetenderprocess.
• Manageallaspectsofpost-contractreport,suchasvaluingvariationsforprogresspayments,assessingcontractorsclaims,postcontractcostreports,andfinalaccounts.
• Coach,mentoranddevelopjuniorstaff.
