A respected property and construction consultancy is looking for an experienced and driven Senior Building Surveyor to strengthen their thriving Manchester team.
The Senior Building Surveyor’s roleThe successful Senior Building Surveyor will play a pivotal role in delivering expert advice on the design, construction, maintenance, repair, and refurbishment of a wide range of commercial properties. This varied and rewarding position offers exposure to a diverse workload, combining both project and professional services.
The Senior Building Surveyor- Varied sector experience is beneficial
- Ideally MRICS or actively working towards
- Management and business development experience is a bonus
- Consultancy experience is preferred
- £50,000 – £65,000
- 26 days annual leave plus bank holidays’
