My client is a large regional main build contractor that is well established in the market place. Due to an increase in recent contracts, they are currently looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the team.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor they are looking for will have proven experience working for a main contractor. My client delivers a good mix and variety of projects from £5 million up to around £80 million, including residential, care homes, and industrial projects. They have several requirements across the business working in and around the Manchester area.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you should have a good construction knowledge, grounding, and experience in working on design and build projects.

You will ideally have site experience working for a main building contractor, with Quantity Surveying experience on new build projects. The successful candidate will be proactive and work on their own initiative while being part of a large team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor to develop within a well-established high calibre contractor.
